Many areas in Indonesia has a dish that goes along with sticky rice (Lontong). The dish can also be considered as spices-based soup dish. People may add vegetable or small amount of chicken/beef to this dish. It is very common that Lontong Dish becomes the signature dish during the celebration. Some people will also have the lontong dish for breakfast. Lontong Anam is a version of Lontong Dish originated from Palembang – South Sumatra. The Seasoning Paste will be used by the customer to prepare the soup. The sticky rice should be prepared separately. Vegetable and/or meat may be added while preparing the dish, which is by cooking coconut milk with this seasoning paste.
Bumbu Lontong Anam
What You Need:
•½ lb. of Chicken/Fish
•2 Can (880 ml) of Coconut Milk
•1 Pack of this Hikmah Fajar Seasoning Paste
Two Easy Steps:
1.Cook this seasoning paste with the coconut milk. Stir until boiled.
2.Add the chicken/fish, stir the mix and cook with medium heat.
3.Simmer until the meat is cooked
