Pindang Palembang is a traditional dish of fish or beef-rib from Palembang – South Sumatra. To prepare for this dish, user needs to first cook (sauted) beef or fish with garlic then add the package of seasoning paste with water and cook them until the beef is tender.
Bumbu Pindang Palembang
What You Need:
•1 lb. of Beef Rib/Fish
•½ pineapple (cut) , green onion (cut), garlic (sliced), 2 or 3 cups of water, tomato (cut), sugar, soy sauce, salt (optional).
•1 Pack of this Hikmah Fajar Seasoning Paste
Three Easy Steps:
a)Sautee garlic and rib until golden brown
b)Add the seasoning paste and water. Cook until the rib is tender.
c)Add pineapple, tomato, sugar and soy sauce and salt (optional)
a)Mix seasoning paste with water and bring it boiled
b)Add fish, cook until tender, then add pineapple, leek, tomato, sugar & soy sauce, basil and salt (optional).
