Sambal Goreng Buncis is a dish that can be served mainly as the vegetarian dish. Buncis means green bean in English. The word “Goreng” literally means fry. However, in this dish, sambal goreng does not necessarily means fried item. Additionally, this seasoning paste can be used for other vegetables (not only green bean). Therefore, we can say that this is a multipurpose seasoning paste for vegetable. To prepare for Sambal Goreng Buncis, the user needs to cook this paste with coconut milk until it is very thick and oily, then add the vegetable (green bean, or other), then continue cooking until it is fully cooked.
Bumbu Sambal Goreng Buncis
What You Need:
•1 lb. of sliced green bean
•1 Can (440 ml) of Coconut Milk
•1 lb. of shrimp
•1 Pack of this Hikmah Fajar Seasoning Paste
Three Easy Steps:
1.Mix the seasoning paste with coconut milk. Stir until it is boiled.
2.Add green bean until it is fully cooked.
3.Add shrimp, let it simmered for about 10 minutes.
