Gulai Ikan Kuning is a special Yellow Curry dish for Fish. The fish (fillet or bone-in) can be cooked from raw or it may be fried before being mixed with the curry. It is the dish originally from West Sumatra, Indonesia. To prepare for the dish, user needs to cook coconut milk and a package of this seasoning paste until the coconut milk becomes thickened. Then add the fish until it is fully cooked. Tomato and cilantros may be added after the dish is cooked.
